Exciting Real Estate News…Don’t Miss Out!

Housing market is looking up!  From a national standpoint there is a news release published by the Federal Housing Finance Agency stating that “house prices rose 1.8 percent from the first quarter to the second quarter of 2012.”  Great news for sellers!  There are still areas facing major challenges, however this does echo that there are less distress homes on the market, a decrease in inventory and a historically low mortgage rate.  Please see the full article for additional information:

Home purchases are on the increase as well.  This next article sites the low interest rates as contributing to this  increase.  This continuum of good news will need additional economical recovery in the areas of lending practices and unemployment to  further boost actions toward recovery.  Check it out:

According to the next article, “We have definitely hit bottom in home values nationally, but we don’t expect to see them continue to rise as quickly as they are now,” this is the largest increase since the end of 2005!  Great news for all of us but especially for sellers and buyers.  Most do not realize that the market is changing until it has happened but with this extended research the buyers and sellers can position themselves to that win-win situation before the interest rates increase and the buyers will not be able to have the same purchase power.  You will not want to miss viewing this article:
