Southbury CT is a great up coming town! On the edge of commuting to NYS, Hartford or New Haven there is tremendous potential growth! The main business area has grown with many upscale shops, businesses and restaurants. There is also a good selection of physicians and other medical services. What will the Southbury CT Market Indicators show with this year’s economic changes. I would hope the the economic stimulus be slowly and carefully cut back as to encourage growth. It appears that the interest rates will be held down a little longer which will also encourage continued recovery.
